Application of contracts
Contracts are nothing but agreements between the parties to the contracts that have been copied into written and recorded contracts. The contracts stipulate the entire agreement and the rights and duties of each party, and at times there are additional or more detailed clauses.
Implementing the contract is necessary, and in some cases one of the parties may violate one of the clauses stipulated in the contract, which requires its legal application. Therefore, most contracts may contain penal terms or a method for resolving the dispute if it arises, and in most cases these contracts are commercial.
Organization of contracts
Since legal dealings differ depending on the parties and the purpose of the contract, there are many types, including the following:
- Lease contracts
- Contracts between employees
- Commercial contracts
- Civil contracts
